- Never heard of such a thing, sounds like you are describing a Rosary, a primarily Roman Catholic prayer guide rather than anything Masonic. Have a link perhaps?

- as others have suggested, some more info would be helpful... did you find this among the belongings of a recently deceased relative/friend who was a freemason, if so it would likely be a religious artifact not a masonic one. there is a degree in the scottish rite and and order in the knights templar where they use a cross (the knights templar is a Christian order in freemasonry) and the scottish rite is talking about Jesus in that particular degree....
