1. I'm not sure I understand the last part of your question, I think you mean that Michael's is okay. If so, I've gotten those at Michael's myself but mine were natural and didn't have the shiny finish. The ones in the picture look like they have a shellac or polyurethane finish to them. So, if you want them like that, buy the plain ones and apply the finish to them that you want. You can purchase polyurethane in a spray can and spray as many coats as you like. Good luck. :)
