Is it possible to sale a collection of 100 (all different and exclusive) handmade necklaces for $1.000.000 US?
I really need a million like many people. I know, nobody gives money a stranger. So: I use horn, bone, leather, african ambar, handmade silver by MAKONDE people, shells, gemstones, seed beads, glass, metals (copper, brass, silver, art clay silver, pewter, etc.), semi-precious stones, ivory (not elephant ivory)..... My work have a touch of Africa as Im african. I prefer aswers from who loves ethnic, handmade jewelery and exclusivity. And Africa of course!!!! I have only 2nd level of english language. If I understand my poor english, you understand better. LOL Yes, I have to win the lottery. each piece costs me $30 to $80 in material. Thanks for all aswers

- You would have to sell each piece for $10,000 which is pretty hard. You may want to find more pieces and sell them.
- I doubt you will be able to. You are saying you want $1000.00 for each necklace. A more realistic price might be $2000.00. (100 necklaces at $20 each). Check prices for comparable pieces on eBay. To sell a necklace in the US at $1000 per piece, they would have to be made of 18 kt gold or platinum, and high quality, well-cut precious stones. Best of luck.
- no, not unless they have diamonds or other gems in them
- sorry hun but that's impossible unless you find one really generous buyer here in the U.S. or for someone who loves your jewelry and price is not an option. i'm sorry to say, however, that your expectations are a bit high. maybe try selling them for $20-$50 a piece? it seems more realistic to me.. hope i helped! =D
- Well if you really want to do it, your best bet is get a notable designer to interest in your necklace. Otherwise selling hand-made organic necklace for that much is unrealistic.
