Glass Beads For Sale

Pearly White Plastic Beads, has any one noticed they smell like cat pee? Know of a way to remove smell?

I have seen all sizes at different places (it's not just me). They smell like a wierd cat pee with a twist of plastic, or something? I've washed several times but same smell. Got my Christmas stuff after a year of storage, same smell. Can it be removed or even masked?

1. I would try throwing boiling hot water and infusing it with a nice scent like cinnamon. Take the pot off the flame and while the water is hot and fragrant, throw the beads in there.
